Welcome to Duars Run 2K26. These Terms and Conditions govern your registration and participation in the Duars Run event. By registering for the event and making the applicable payment, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Event Details
Duars Run 2K26 is scheduled to take place as follows:
- Date: Sunday, 6 December 2026
- Time: 5:00 AM
- Venue: Parade Ground, Alipurduar, West Bengal, India
- Race Categories: 5 KM, 10 KM and 21 KM
2. Registration
- Participants must complete the online registration form and provide accurate and complete information.
- Registration will be considered complete only after successful submission of the registration form and payment of the applicable registration fee, wherever applicable.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is correct.
- Any incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may affect the participant's eligibility or registration.
- Each registration is intended for the individual participant whose details are provided in the registration form.
3. Race Categories and Eligibility
Participants may register under the following categories:
- 5 KM – Open Run: Open to all participants.
- 10 KM – The Challenge: Male and Female categories, with age groups of 18–34 years and 35+ years.
- 21 KM – The Half: Male and Female categories, with age groups of 18–34 years and 35+ years.
Participants must select the appropriate category based on their eligibility and provide accurate age and other required details.
4. Registration Fees and Payment
- The applicable registration fee will be displayed during the registration process.
- Payments must be completed through the available online payment gateway.
- Registration confirmation will be subject to successful payment verification, wherever a registration fee is applicable.
- Participants should retain their payment confirmation and registration details for future reference.
5. Cancellation and Refund
All registrations are final and non-cancellable. Once a registration has been completed and payment has been made, participants cannot request cancellation or a refund of the registration fee.

6. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must provide correct personal and contact information.
- Participants should arrive at the event venue on time and follow the instructions provided by the event organisers.
- Participants must follow applicable race guidelines, instructions and safety requirements.
- Participants are expected to maintain proper conduct and respect fellow participants, volunteers and event officials.
- Participants must ensure that they are physically fit and adequately prepared for their selected race category.
7. Health and Safety
Participation in a running event involves physical activity and may involve certain risks. Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and health before taking part.
Participants are advised to consult a qualified medical professional if they have any concerns regarding their ability to participate in the event.
8. Event Changes
The event organisers reserve the right to make necessary changes to event arrangements, schedules, race categories or other operational details when required. Participants are expected to follow the latest official announcements and instructions issued by the organisers.
9. Participant Information
Information submitted during registration may be used for registration management, participant communication, event administration and related operational purposes.
Participants should ensure that their contact details remain accurate so that important event-related communications can be delivered.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
