This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations made for Duars Run 2K26. Participants are requested to read this policy carefully before completing their registration and payment.
1. No Cancellation Policy
Once a participant has successfully completed the registration process, the registration cannot be cancelled.
- There is no provision for cancelling a confirmed registration.
- Participants cannot withdraw their registration after successful completion.
- Registration details and payment cannot be cancelled at the participant's request.
2. No Refund Policy
Once payment has been successfully completed for Duars Run 2K26, no refund will be provided under any circumstances relating to a participant's inability or decision not to participate.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The participant decides not to participate in the event.
- The participant is unable to attend the event for personal reasons.
- The participant selects an incorrect race category during registration.
- The participant provides incorrect registration information.
- The participant is unable to participate due to personal scheduling or other commitments.
- The participant does not report to the event venue on the scheduled date.
3. Transfer of Registration
Registration is intended for the individual participant whose details are submitted during registration. Participants should not transfer their registration to another person without prior written approval from the event organisers.
4. Payment Confirmation
- Registration is subject to successful payment verification through the online payment gateway, wherever applicable.
- Participants are advised to retain their payment receipt or transaction reference for future communication.
- If an amount is debited from a participant's account but the registration status is not updated, the participant should contact the event team with the relevant transaction details for verification.
Any payment-related discrepancy will be examined and verified against the payment gateway records. This does not constitute a general refund or cancellation facility.
5. Event Schedule and Changes
Duars Run 2K26 is scheduled for Sunday, 6 December 2026, at 5:00 AM at Parade Ground, Alipurduar, West Bengal.
Participants should follow official announcements regarding event arrangements, schedules and other operational updates. Any changes to event arrangements will be communicated through the available official communication channels.
